Your products’ process would be started as soon as we get the confirmation of your payment and approximately it takes 02 to 05 working days for small order of NATURAL COLORS ; for Blonde shades takes 01 to 03 weeks;
However it depends on the qty and status of stock at your order.
May be same day shipping too if stock is available at your order.
Refund/Returns
& Re-exchange
Unfortunately we could not accept refund or re-exchange because / heavy risky of Indian custom's systems sometimes customs charge 35% - 70% duty on returning shipments./ Courier courier charge.
However we agree refund or re-exchange if buyer agree to pay the shipping and 35% - 70% customs duty But it’s not advisable to expect re-fund or re-exchange, because of Indian custom’s terms & condition.
So we are unable to accept for refund / returns / exchanges.
So please evaluate the merchandise carefully before placing your order
